Team

What geeks out the BehavioralSight team? Psychology, statistics, strategy. Improving decision-making and outcome measurement in business. Marrying the rigorous with the practical. Changing our minds. Discovering more and more what we don't (yet) know.

Linnea Gandhi

Linnea Gandhi

Linnea splits her time between advising companies and teaching MBA students at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science.  Her focus goes beyond "biases" to the methodologies of scientific measurement that are critical to professional and personal decision-making.

Before founding BehavioralSight, Linnea was a Managing Director at TGG Group and, prior, a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. She earned her AB in Social Studies (Psych and Phil) from Harvard University, and an MBA from Chicago Booth.

Most days you'll find Linnea nose-deep in a stack of books or in lively conversation with clients, students, or improvisational theater friends.

Favorite Insight? confirmation bias

Rachelle Martino

Rachelle Martino

Rachelle brings a blended background of consulting, teaching, and industry experience to the team. Her passion is for making the academic practical: if it isn't actionable, go back to the drawing board.

Before BehavioralSight, Rachelle worked at Outcome Health, leading the effort to utilize experimentation as a tool to measure patient behavior change and align with value-based care incentives. Prior, she was a consultant at TGG Group and, before that, in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice. Rachelle earned her BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Business Economic Consulting and Public Policy Analysis.

Give Rachelle a business problem, a white-board, some psychology papers, and a bag of Haribo gummies and she's got a perfect afternoon.

Favorite Insight? norms, norms, norms!
